what wrong with the haitian movie industry

why do we have more bad movies than good one?

If you are a producer, writers, directors, actors Etc. reading this, this question is for You, Why do you produce?

Why do you write?

Why do you do whatever it is that you do?

Is it because that your Passion something that you always wanted to do. Or did you just wake up one day and decided to do whatever it is that you do?

why don't you all work together instead of one bad movie after the other when you all could have put together and come out with a good movie.

why dont you guys ever challenge yourselves?

it always the same type of movies over and over again.

For every movies that come out it should've been better than the last one that came out.

The writers need to work on their stories, the stories make no sense, before actually thinking about shooting the movie get a few people together and get their opinions about the stories, what needs to be change and what would make it better, then of course we haitian our own opinions is all that matter,

And the Scripts oh my God they are so weak, everyday conversations nothing to make anyone go "WOW" you can guess what the next person going to say.Most of the time you get lost watching the movie they have alot of uneccesary scenes, no styles, nothing to captures anyones attention.

The actors, they don't act they just memorize lines and spill it out.

There's some producers out there who are only hoping to put some cash in their pocket, they have a camera and they get a few people put them in front of the camera and have them recite their lines, the actors are not acting, there's no expression in their face.

Take the time to shoot the movies alot of them probably take a week or two maybe a month that why they come out the way they do, if you think you need to shoot something over just do it.

I know I'm going all over the place i have so much in my mind i'm just going to let it all come out.

This is from a friend of mine who know this producer, The producer have this movie that came straight out on DVD's not that long ago.

He knew the moive wouldn't meet the haitian movie industry Standard, but he put it out there anyways, he said "if he had a premier for the movie noone would have bought the DVD when it comes out because he know the movie was not good enough." So you buy it you stuck with it and the Money goes in his pocket.

This is a trick alot of the producers are doing out there now jut have the movie come out on DVD's noone knows anything about it nice cover.

Alot of the things that i wrote are with exceptions we have some Good movies out there just to name a few the most recents one that i've seen are: Pluie D'espoir by Jacques Roc, VIP, and any movie with Reginald Lubin, Smoye Noisy, JN-Gardy Bien-Aime.

You guys are the best at what you do and you guys are the only one that keep the Haitian movie Insdustry a live. Keep doing that.
