This just in, Jean Corvens Rosier alias Tonton Dezirab is coming out with a new Haiti comedy movie called "Tonton Dezirab Pap Pran Kane"

"Pran Kane" is a term used in the Haiti Elections when a candidate is disapproved by the electoral council to run for president.
So basically, Tonton Dezirab in this new movie is running for president.
