Belfim Confirms, Jesifra is Alive

Belfim.com was on the phone late last night with Jessifra's son Luphete F. Valcourt aka Sifrael to confirm the rumors that his father Fernel had passed away.

We receive an official statement from Luphete stating that his father is ok, there was no car accident, but tragedy did strike a member of "Troupe Jesifra"

Here are the facts:

Jesifra is Alive! - Haitian comedian Fernel Valcourt (Jesifra) did not die this weekend in a car accident. Right now he is in Plaine Du Nord, Haiti.

Nason is Alive! - Haitian comedian Ernst St. Fort (Nason) is alive in Haiti. There was no car accident and Nason did not die in it.

Sifrael is Alive! - As rumors of Jesifra's death started arriving in the United States, in Cap Haitien, A woman, Guilaine Fransisque, received a phone call that it was her son, Luphete F. Valcourt (Sifrael), Jesifra's son, who died in a car accident in Orlando Florida. She nearly had a heart attack.

Vertilus is Gone! - Unfortunately it's not all good news. Haitian comedian Willy Jn Phillipe who played the role of Vertilus in Jesifra's play TOLALITO passed away over the weekend while troupe Jesifra was performing in Ouanaminthe Haiti.
