AMBITION, New Movie on DVD May 18

You see... AMBITION is actually in English and features actors from various ethnic backgrounds:

Haitians of course, Cubans, even Native Americans (American Indians) representing the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.

If you live in the Boston area, that's where FOXWOODS Casino is located!

How about I say "AMBITION is a Bellywood Movie..."

There will be a 3 day event in Connecticut, from May 15 to May 18 all related to the release of the movie.

Celebrities Are Coming To Connecticut!

Reggae music Star Ky-Enie will be attending one of the events. You've probably seen his video "Wings of an Angel" on YouTube.

Haitian comedian and movie star Papa Pie will be in Connecticut as well to perform live.

Also, there is word that Haitian actor and filmmaker Ralph William Bien-Aime will also be in Connecticut around that time.

You know May 18 is Haitian flag day, I don't know exactly what Michelet Paul and his AMBITION team is cooking for the Haitian community in Connecticut.

Whatever it is, I am sure it will be exciting.

This new Haitian movie, Ambition, caught the attention of the Connecticut media when it was released in theaters last year because the movie addresses an issue that concerns young immigrants in America.

What is this movie about?

Ambition is a new action film by Michelet Paul starring Badeau Saintura, Kim Kella, Darline Benjamnin and many more.

The movie is based on the life of a young man who tries to keep his family together.

Eventually he drops out of school and becomes involved with criminals who lead him into a world of crime, and even murder.

In an interview given to Norwich Bulletin, a Connecticut newspaper, Badeau said "he hopes the movie is a warning to students tempted to go down the wrong path."
