Ronald Laporte

Ronald Laporte Biography

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I came from a very humble background, but I put myself through great schools in an attempt to better myself.

Fourteen years ago, I moved to Marinette Wisconsin to study Computer Science. I then continued at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), where I earned an Associate Degree in corporate cable and Communications.

I attended New York University, where I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Art and Science with a major in film and television production.

I have served as a production assistant and an associate editor for many corporate broadcast production companies such as CBS.

In addition, I was the Vice President of the New York University Television Club, where I worked as an Executive Producer of FX Millennia, a closed circuit television news magazine.

\"American Museum of the Moving Image Takes Visitors Behind the Screen\" was my first project.

Followed by \"Work Smarter, Not Harder,\" \"Watching Ellis Island with a Bird's Eye View,\" \"New York City Living,\" and \"Missing in Action\".

I am currently working on \"Missing the Dream\" my most challenging project to date.
