Thats a shame for people who were supposed to protect kids in a country, however, they end up to be the one training them to do bad. as a result, i strongly believe that Mr Stanley is not the first or either the last in that matter.

so therefor the law has finilly not only to dig deeper but also at last find a serious job to do.
