Music Right Infringments

Most of the movies that I've seen feature songs by US artists.

I know the producers don't by the rights to those songs since they can cost thousands of dollars.

The only reason that there are no lawsuits is because the industry is still under the radar.

With that being said, do you think it's fair for producers to use soundracks they have no right to?

It's like bootlegging if you ask me. I want to see what you guys have to say.
