When we first created Belfim.com one of the biggest problems we had was in trying to solve this name crisis.

When a Haitian actor plays a character on stage, that name sticks like glue and nothing will take it off.

Is it good or bad? I am not qualified to give you a good answer.

So I did some research...

I went on the web trying to find "Steve Urkel". remember Steve Urlek from the hit TV show Family matters?

You will not find any information for a person named Steve Urkel but you will find information about Jaleel White.

if you look on Wikipedia, you may see this:

Steven Quincy Urkel (born 1976), better known as Steve Urkel (portrayed by Jaleel White) was the breakout character on the 1990s sitcom Family Matters.

I also did a search on "P. Diddy". as you know, Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs has had more name changes then anyone else on earth.
