Where is this movie?

What is really the deal with this movie?...I got a link more then a year ago now with the trailor, i searched and searched the internet and couldn't find anything about it. I contacted the makers through the site on the link and no response...now a year later I see this movie talked about here...does anyone know any information about this?

if it will ever come out somewhere people can get it?
