People from NY are not stupid

Let me put a stop to all this madness.

I am originally from NY and I just moved here in Boca. All of you who have been talking in the name of people from NY need to stop. cause people from NY are not stupid.

we know that if a promoter wants to bring a band or a movie to his/her city he/she has to pay for their trip and lodging unless the promoter and the manager, or the producer came to a different agreement.

this agreement must be in writting.

as far as promotion the promoter is supposed to promote his/her own event, it is not up to the manager or producer to do it. keep in mind that, it's the promoter's event not the manager or producer so the promoter is responsible for promotion.

I am not on anyone's side here I am just stating the facts, cause I am a promoter and I know how it works.

I would love to hear from either the promoter or the producer, What was in the contract?

from what I read it looks like the promoter was relying on sponsors, you have to have you own money to be a promoter, you can't just rely on sponsor's money.

The people in NY should be mad at the promoter for not bringing the movie cause he clearly said that he didn't get the money from the sponsors.

it doesn't sound like it's the producer's fault.

I don't know the promoter or the producer, but I would like to hear both sides.

I haven't seen any comments from the producer on the website.

in the mid-time I will go see Se Lavi cause Se Lavi is the must talked about movie of the year, so I have to see it. I will let you guys know what I think about it.
