Why Haitian actors can't get paid by producers?

in the Haitian movie industry .The actors are enjoying their jobs ...

even is a small pay but they love their job, the fame, the gossip ...

we do not have paparazzi yet except for woodring st preux ...but yet yet the producers never paid the small amount promises to them ...

Why?

i decided step a side and find something better to do .public of belfim please tell me how do feel about that...

actors from a lot of big movies are still waiting for their money.when they called the filmmakers ...

they hangup the phone in their face. they do not deserve that today let's let them hear the voice of belfim fans
