Regarding the ending, I think the husband got what he deserved.

He got a good asswoooping, too bad he had to end up in a wheel chair.

The young lady who played the wife did an exceptional job. and that aunt, my god, she was great.

You mentioned that she accepted him to fast, I don't think she wanted an apology, she wanted love an affection, and whe went trough hell to get it.

For better or worse, I don't know if I can handle this "WORSE" the way she did.

Maxime, Selfish love is a great movie, I too recommend it to my friends, great movie to add to your collection.
