Baby love and the staff of Matlot was really ready to put on a show for the Haitian community but the crowd failed to show up.

Then it was time to watch the movie

I think I speak for most of the people who were there in saying that they enjoyed the movie. There was a lot of laughter and one of the filmmakers inside to me off the record "Fim nan bon wi man!"

Matlot 2 is a continuation of the movie Matlot but the stories are not the same. It has to main lessons in it.

1. If you really believe in Jesus and you repent your sins, nothing can happen to you
2. Sa-w sere pou bèlmè-w se manman-w li rive

I over heard someone talking to filmmaker Godnel Latus and she told him that she thinks that Matlot 2 is way better than the first. It's got comedy, intrigue, and a whole lot more according to the caller.

In the theater, I heard a lot of laughs especially in the scene when the Christian lady said that when things are really bad she drops the bible and invokes Erzulie Freda.
