Marjorie Jean Biography

MARJORIE JEAN, has a BA from The Pennsylvania State University with a minor in dance.

Marjorie Jean has studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and continues to hone her craft under the tutelage of Barbara Montgomery.

Marjorie Jean's voice has been trained with the late Therman Bailey, Allison Starr, and Nathan Lam.

Marjorie Jean is a member of the Great Jones Repertory Co. at La MaMa ETC in NYC and has previously performed in: Perseus, Dionysus Filius Dei, Expiration Date, Cacao Dolce and Linizio del Dolore (Spoleto, Italy) and Little Shop of Horrors at The Elmwood Playhouse (Nyack, NY).

On video Marjorie Jean can be seen as Weasel in the film Go for Broke.

And, look for her in the film Blackout to be released in 2007 (directed by Jerry Lamothe).
