Haiti is a French Speaking country, before We accepted Creole as an official language.

I think that Reginald L. is just translate the realty of our society which are still speaking french.

It is not a reason to criticize if someone has some difficulty to understand it.Generally,55% of Haitians speak french, I suppose or are trying.
