Wow! I couldn't agree with you more. Most haitian producers also know nothing between an audition and evaluation.For example: They united all the actors and verbally they just explained a sad statement to the actors and tell him/her to act, the moment he/she starts crying naturally, Oh! my God she's good. and next step they're started looking for good look amongs the women.Even in the story there's no crying scene.

This is so wrong.

That mentality will take our industry nowhere.
