Yes the Dr. would of but he/she would not tell any one according to Hippa law even after his death the Physician cannot disclose such information to any one not even his wife and children.

The pregnant ladies may be exposed and they don't even know it. It could be bad publicity then again other people who have been infected with the virus go out side their race but the Haitian people use it as a WEAPON to kill as many Haitian as they can before they die.
