Clnmike does have a point about missionary's goals but on the other hand these people do an incredible job that no one else is willing to do. Long hours, little pay, and likely little acknowledgment for there efforts.

These are not high paying CEO's but ordinary folk trying to make a difference in the world..

So many children would be 'lost' were it not for Brother Luc Jolicouer at FRERES DU BON BERGER in Port-au-Prince.

BAPTIST HAITI MISSION - who build schools, takes care of the children's health issues, organized and supports a SPONSORship program - I've been sponsoring a little girl through BHM for 7 years to ensure one little girl has a school uniform, supplies, etc. If Clnmike would like to help rather than 'writing religion off', for 25 dollars a month you could sponsor a child.

At least give it some thought.
