This is an entirely new topic, the money you spend to buy Haitian movies.

First who say you have to buy (or watch) them all?

To encourage them?

Then you agree to encourage crap and you should not be complaining here.

Second I don't think actors (or even directors) have anything to do with the price of Haitian DVDs. Many of them are not even correctly remunerated.

Let's face it: the DVD distribution (as well as the Haitian music CD distribution) is in the hand of a real mafia.

What they care is just money.

They even lack the basic cultural background to make the difference between a good or a bad movie.

Do you know that the price of a DVD coming out of factory is often less than 4 bucks?

So if you want to blame somebody blame the distributors, blame the stores...

but please keep this out of the shoulders of our poor actors who have enough trouble making you dream sometimes.
