Are Haitian movies caribbean movies?

Haiti is in the Caribbean and the Haitian movie industry is the largest in the carribean.

Why is that when search for Caribbean movies online all I can come up with is "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest".

one would believe that this is the only movie made in the Carribean.

Perhaps we should bring our product to the carribean.
