Dont mean to butt in, If someone is advertising for an event you need to have a time and price specially for and event like that it shouldn't be up to a producer.

When you know what you are doing and you know you want people to plan to be there you will put the time and price on there so everyone can look forward to it. You see if you know how to advertise an event you wouldn't say that.

Price, Time, Location Play major part in advertising for an event.

How many people your really think going to take the time to call for info?
