A new Irish documentary about the United Nations raids in Haiti was screen recently at the Museum of Free Derry in Northern Ireland...

Still Photo... 'It Stays With You' Documentary

The documentary, 'It Stays With You', by the filmmakers Cathal McLaughlin and Siobhan Wills was screened Wednesday, 22 November as part of Foyle Film Festival, an annual film festival based in Derry, Northern Ireland.

The film examines events that took place between 2004 and 2007, when UN peacekeeping troops in Haiti, carried out raids that ultimately killed scores of civilians, including children, and left many more injured.

The documentary examines the impact of those raids on the community and how those affected have fared in the years since the killing raids.
