I met with Natacha Noel, one of the lead actors Johnny Desarmes' movie Life Outside Of Pearl. Natacha is wonderful. She also host a radio show in Montreal. More about this later.

In a brief meeting with her I found out that she is actually working on a movie script amongst other things.

I spoke to Fabienne Colas on the phone but I did not get a chance to meet her during my trip to Canada. Fabienne told me that the Canada haitian film festival is on this summer. more info on that later.

Haitian movie director Carlo Saint Elot is planning another trip for me to Montreal Canada so that I can be more informed of how the Haitian Cinema is evolving over there and hopefully have a change to meet with many more Haitian Actors from the Haitiiano/Caniadian film industry.

A lot is happening in the Haitian Film Industry in Canada. A lot more than you think. Hopefully Haitian movie makers in Canada can keep in touch with Belfim so that we can keep you informed.

Stay tuned to Belfim for all the latest updates about Haiti Cinema in Canada.
