It's simple, it's automatic...

ONE Strike You're Out!

It is clearly posted on our Terms Of Use page that, you may not use the Belfim Service to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

The fact that we allow anonymous postings does not give you the licence to say whatever you want.

Belfim is a privately owned web site and there are rules.

Please be very careful with your choice of words when posting on the board.

ONE Strike You're Out!

We made a promise to all the actors and filmmakers, whom we represent, that we would NOT bring their personal drama into this site and we intend to keep that promise.

We value every comment you post as long as it is of a positive nature and we do welcome constructive criticism.

We are getting tired of receiving phone calls because some hater decides to use this site for their own personal gain and satisfaction.

Belfim is not a circus, Belfim is not Croix des Bossals, Belfim is a window though which the world can see, recognize, and apreciate the better side of Haitian culture.

It may not mean anything to you but it's all we have and it means a lot to the Haitian majority. I am sure of it.

This is why we enforce this new "ONE Strike, you're out policy" on our forum.

Please review our Terms Of Use so you know exactly what you can and cannot do on Belfim.com

My name is Woodring Saint Preux and I said it.
