You must have missed the big one my friends.

Pluie d'espoir is the best haitian film ever and is rated by me one of the best film all around.

Maybe you didnot get a chance to see the pirated version and even that is phenomenal.

Before you quickly judge and set-up your list my man, take a look at the movie and redo your list. My mother is Haitian and my father is Jamaican, i speak creole fluently and understand it as well, i have been writing commentaries up here before.

I saw this B. D writing bad things about the guy who did the movie and that's bad, he should be complimenting the filmaker, because he did an incredible job directing all these actors and producing a great film. I stuied film a NY film institure man and this is the only movie that has no technical mistakes.

La Rebelle is OK, but the quality of the images cannot compare to Pluie despoir.
