Comments on the Premier Opening of Bal Roj

Junior,

The premier of the film was a great success! Congratulations! What better location to show it than Parc Canne à Sucre.

My only concern about the film is that when it hits the theaters will we see a marked increase in violent crime, particularly rape, torture, and violence against women and young children.

A lot of footage was given to rapings and very brutal killings.

I particularly enjoyed the part where Michael came into the middle of the crowd all covered in blood and basically started preaching to the people that violence was not the way to go. I also got a good laugh out of Michael quietly opening the guarded gate and taking the sleeping guards gun and the car without the guard ever even waking up - this particular scene provided a much needed relief at the right moment.

The role played by Wilkenson Joseph of arms/drug dealer was also very convincing and well done.

The graphics were definitely GRAPHIC!

Michael was a very real and believable character and you played him so incredibly well. Who knew that Haiti had an Arnold Schwartzeneger-type character?

Mes compliments! Ala you spektak papa!!!
