Oiel pour oiel dent pour dent

I'm referring to the film created by Wilfort Estimable; I am trying to identify a song that was sung several times throughout the film. I want to know who the artist is, and what the title is. It sort of goes like this, "je t'aime, je t'aimerais." The first words are something like this: "Je n'oblioie pas jour nous recontrer".

It's not the version sung by Francis Cabrel.

It sounds like a young Haitian guy actually.

OR if anyone knows any beautiful haitian music, some love songs, please refer the names of these artists to me.
