Haitian Hollywood actress Vicky Jeudy to receive MPAH 2016 Honorary Award

The Motion Picture Association of Haiti (MPAH) will hold its annual Haitian movie awards on Sunday November 6, 2016 at the John Hancock Hall in Boston, MA.

Actress Vicky Jeudy is best known for her breakout role on the American comedy-drama hit series, Orange is the New Black. Vicky plays Janae Watson, a former high school track star, who after one wrong turn becomes an inmate at Litchfield Penitentiary.

In 2015, Vicky and the entire cast were awarded the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series in addition to two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series in 2015 and 2016.
