Xtreme Blue, Private Belfim Screening

The other night I had the opportunity to watch Herold Israel's new movie Xtreme Blue. The movie is virtually done. When will Herold Israel release the movie? That's the million dollar question.

You probably want me to tell you what I think about the movie don't you?

As with any movie I promote, I love it...

In other words... I am the wrong guy to ask.

One of the main reasons the Haitian filmmakers invite me on a private screening of their film is because they want my personal feedback about the movie... I am not a movie critic but one on one I will give the director my honest opinion..

There's one thing I can make public though about Herold's movie:

Mesye yo gen pou mande madan-m yo anpil kesyon le yo fin gade fim sa-a!

Who's faithful these days? That's the question that Xtreme Blue will raise in the mind of Haitian movie consumers.

Xtreme Blue stars Harrys LaTortue (BJ) as Henry, a young man who is paralyzed from the neck down, unable to please is wife, and Michelle Judith Jeudy as Lonie, his lovely wife who wants it so bad that it comes out of her sweat glands.

Coupled with a group of friends who are all cheating on their husbands and think they have a legitimate reason to do so, Lonie eventually goes out there like a hungry tiger in the wild plains of Africa.

Unlike Player 1/2 which had a lot of sex scenes, Extreme Blue is a bit more conservative. Herold took great care to tell the story while leaving out the sex.

There are quite a few other big names who guest stars in this movie... people like Jean Edouard Jean Baptiste (Frero), , Johnny Fleurinord, James "Salsa" Jolivert, and Herve Bastien just to name a few.

Stay tuned to belfim for more info about Xtreme Blue but in the mean time, Watch the Xtreme Blue Movie Trailer.
