Respekte Non Bondye Movie at Cine Imperial Film Festival

Belfim has been informed that there will be a Haitian Film Festival at Cine Imperial in Port Au Prince Haiti starting tomorrow, Tuesday August 18, 2009, and Baby Love's new movie Reskepte Non Bondye will screening at the festival.

Unfortunately, we don't have the full details about the festival and which other movies will be playing in it... well... for obvious reasons...

I don't believe Cine Imperial even has a web site!

In the year 1909... I mean 2009... do you believe this?

I have to shout them out because the new Haitian motto for progress is: "AVANSE POU-M AVANSE..."

The movie theater is the engine of a the movie industry and when it comes to Haitian cinema, "mote a piti epi l-ap mache sou 3 silend"

Haitian filmmaker Godnel Latus aka Baby love also told Belfim, in a recent phone conversation from Haiti, that his movie will be scheduled to begin playing at Cine Imperial in Haiti immediately after the festival.

If you live in Haiti or if you plan to visit Haiti in the near future, make sure "ou mennen ti cheri-a nan Cine Imperial pou-l al gade Reskepte Non Bondye"

For the record: I have nothing personal against the movie theater or it's owners but I do believe, like all Haitians, that they can do better and that their progress will benefit everyone I am trying so hard to help.
