La Trace - New Haitian movie on DVD

The Haitian action movie La Trace has finally been released on DVD this is the latest update we received from Haitian filmmaker Kirby Leveille.

The grand premiere of the movie La Trace back on Friday March 14, 2008, aboard the Sea Escape's M/V Island Adventure Cruise ship is to date one of the most talked about Haitian movie premieres.

It's one these these moments when my brother Eddy would say: "Good Times!"

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Take a look at the 261 pictures taken Friday evening and the 215 pictures taken at the public grand premiere on Saturday and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Kirby was telling us about his intentions to donate a portion of the the movie's profits towards the Haiti Earthquake disaster relief, we are waiting for an official statement.

La Trace is a movie about group of detectives who try their best to clean the streets as kidnapping and rape take over the city.
