Do Haitian filmmakers buy movie scripts?

Here is a comment/complaint I just received recently from an :Upcoming Film Writer/Actor

My name is [Name Removed], I'm an upcoming film writer, actor... I'm writing my very first movie, I'm looking for support from other established Haitian filmmakers.

I realized it is very hard to get started as a writer because all the films are written, directed, and acted by one person.

That is the hardest part in the Haitian industry a young writer cannot send their script to any directors for the simple fact that all directors of Haitian movies are also the writers.

We want to to hear your opinion about this issue. Writers, and filmmakers are invited to participate.
