4th Annual Frantz Design Haitian Movie Awards - FDHMA

Frantson Saintilien, the founder of this award ceremony told us that this Haitian movie award serves one purpose: To give recognition to Haitian actors and filmmaker whose movies were released in the 2011 and early 2012.

Frantz also mentioned to us that some of the jury members will be well known actors from the Haiti movie market (the homeland).

Like I always say, the Haiti movie awards in NYC is a great hangout, not just for Haitian movie fans, but for Haitian actors and filmmakers, most of whom never get to see each other face to face since Haitian film-making is not concentrated in one particular area like Hollywood. Every time a small group meet for a single event, the fun begins as soon ad the first batch arrives.
