At the age of 18 Herby Formilus left Haiti to be established himself in the United States with his sister.

Majoring in film making and acting, Herby Formilus filmmaking carrer began in the year 2000 after watching la peur d'aimer

Herby Formilus started his movie career in church. He used to perrfom & play on stage and in plays.

Herby played the role of sonson in the Haitian movie Decision, he also played the role Of Kendy in the Haitian movie Pou Ki Se Ou.
