Danabelle Denis Biography

Danabelle Eve Denis is a student at Florida International University where she is studying Theatre (B.F.A. Acting) and Public Relations.

While 'Lords of Miami' is her first film, she has acted in many theatrical performances.

Her most recent performances have been as "Ginny" and "Angel" in Christopher Durang's comedic plays For 'Whom the Southern Belle Tolls' and 'Medea' in March 2005.

She also directed and acted in Ntozake Shange's 'For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf ' at HAYO's (Haitian American Youth Organization) 7th Annual Fete Culturelle Creole in March 2005.

Danabelle is also the President of HAYO, a non profit organization focused on celebrating Haitian culture.

Danabelle is currently working on the play 'Libere Liberis' as Natacha, written and directed by Berwick Augustin. She plans to pursue both Theatre and a Law Degree.
