I am sure mr. Stanley Matheus is aware of the law. Minors should not be given alcohol, nor be seen in a place where alcohol is sold. As for marijuana, it is considered a narcotic; hence illegal.

Whoever is responsible for this; his employee, whomsoever, should be charged for the offence.

It is hoped that thisa serves a lesson for the vialators of this rule.
