The actress (Zoe Saldana) would play a young woman who, after witnessing her parents' murder as a child in Bogota, grows up to be a stone-cold assassin.

She works for her uncle as a hitman by day, but her personal time is spent engaging in vigilante murders that she hopes will lead her to her ultimate target: the mobster responsible for her parents' death.

This is the plot summary taken from Columbiana press release, which is identical to your own story.

If what you allege is true and you did copyright it, and you actually had made your film, then this is an open and shut case. You are entitled to get a chunk out of the gross profit of this film. You need an entertainment lawyer asap, which is not hard to find, and he will work pro bono which means he only gets paid after the case is settled.

I would pursue this vigourously if I were you, writing is a very difficult enterprise, and most writers never make a dime out of their work. To have your story stolen from you is inaceptable an criminal.

Fight for what is yours.

There is a lot of money involve here. Good luck.
