I think you need to take your time and make the right decision.

First you must watch the film to evaluate the extent (if any) of the copyright infringement.

Is it just the title?

Is it the story?

How deep was your script modified?

Then you should carefully choose an attorney, one who already successfully dealt with similar matters.

As someone posted previously the more revenue the movie grosses, the more you will be able to claim.

So time is not that an issue.
