The opening up of a Haitian-television series is potentially excellent.

As long as the subject matters are well researched, well informed and artistically pleasing; the idea could be a definite niche for Haitians and the Haitian diaspora.

I also think that Haitians living in south america, other Caribbean nations and Africa should not be neglected as they are part of the diaspora communities.

Notably, the Dominican Republic where the Haitian "cutters" are is a good example.

Serious subject matters like child, spouse abuse, domestic violence, drug addiction, mental illness, other health related issues and incarceration (political or otherwise) should take precedence over empty predatory love-affair style.

Comedies?

-- yes, they are always welcome.

Laughing is a serious matter.

I believe most Haitians if not all would be interested.
