Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the incentives mean that Hollywood is moving to Michigan.

It think it means that the majority of directors will choose to shoot in Michigan because it will cost less. The same thing happened when I was living in Massachusetts.

Though it was not as big as Michigan's but they proposed a tax incentive that lured a lot of filmmakers to MA. Look around and you will see that more and more movies are being shot there.

Fortunately for me, I was able to snatch up a spot in a Miller Lite comercial and The Game Plan before I left. My casting agency still calls me for auditions to this day.
