What exacly the criminal charge

Like you said Toudenoir, a criminal charge is an accusation;so if it is his first offence, he could possibly be qualified for a program like:Diversion Program or Probation.The Diversion Program is a program that you are in, after completing the program the charge is dissmised.

Why he accepts to get deported, may be he knows what he did, or may be is not his first time to get involved in that crap that we don't know what it is.
