Haitian Movie Distribution

I wanted to ask this question base on a few people that I've talk to How does it really work as far as distributing DVDs in the Haitian Market?

is there one group of people that the producers have to go to to sale it?

Who benefits the most the actors/producers that put so much of their time and money into a project or the person that is distribuiting the movie?

I know I've been following the haitian market for quiet sometime now you barely see a dvd without Telediaspora in it, Is there one Distributor in the Market.

Is Telediaspora in control of distributing DVDS in the Market?

Why is salling the movies to a distributor the only way for a producer to make money?
