Isn't that Daniel Fils Aime (AKA Tonton Bicha) playing security guard #1 in this movie clip?

Take a good look, to the left of presidan bicha.

if this is Daniel Fils Aime this will be a fist time in Haitian cinema that you see the same actor twice on the same shot.
